I work with people and institutions building, repairing, repositioning, launching, governing, funding, or transforming something consequential. My role is to see the whole system, identify what conventional strategy leaves out, and design the conditions that allow the work to live.
The first step for new consulting engagements is Paid Listening + Strategic Diagnosis.
We examine the live system in front of you. I listen across strategy, culture, people, place, power, story, experience, and execution so that the problem is not reduced to one disconnected part.
Within one week of the 90-minute listening session, you receive a written scope of work that reflects what I heard, the form I recommend, and the clearest path forward.
If I recommend future work beyond the listening session, the scope will include a suggested next phase and fee. You can then decide whether you want to continue.
